The AHC association of Iceland is now fundraising for a 5 year research project which is our main hope for a treatment that stops the seizures and paralysis that AHC children have to suffer through almost every day.

This research project, which is being carried out by Professor Arn van den Maagdenberg at the University of Leiden in the Netherlands, will cost over ISK 100 million.

Even though the project started this year, significant discoveries have already been made. This new research will not only help AHC children but also anyone else suffering from neurological conditions as AHC has symptoms of all other neurological diseases.
